Public Release - 2026-07-05

An AI strategy without an exit condition is not a strategy object.

Artifact: strategy_noise_recheck_v1. This note separates enterprise AI strategy from expensive signal noise before agentic AI pilots, AI spending plans, or board presentations are treated as production evidence.

Strategy Noise Recheck v1 public evidence visual.

Artifact

A board slide is not evidence without a kill condition.

An AI strategy can look coherent while containing no condition under which it would stop. The recheck packet requires a strategy thesis, a spending line, a proof-of-concept scope, and an exit condition before the proposal is treated as accountable evidence.

Proof of concept is evidence only when the pilot mode and exit condition are named.

PoC Boundary

Proof of concept is evidence only when the pilot mode and exit condition are named.

Agentic AI, enterprise AI ROI, AI spending, and tokenomics claims become inspectable only when the pilot mode is separated from production deployment. The evidence is not the launch of a pilot; it is the observable condition under which the pilot passes, narrows, or stops.

Board accountability requires observability before production deployment.

Review

Board accountability requires observability before production deployment.

A responsible AI governance path names who sees the failure logs, which ROI evidence matters, what counterexample can stop the work, and which production deployment gate must pass. Without that route, a strategy can turn spending noise into an operating mandate.

proof_of_concept_scope

The bounded PoC task, dataset, user group, and success condition.

5

pilot_mode

The mode that separates experiment, assisted workflow, shadow deployment, and production.

6

exit_condition

The explicit condition that stops funding, cancels the pilot, or narrows the claim.

7

roi_evidence

The measured cost, time, quality, risk, or revenue evidence attached to the strategy.

8

observability_route

The logs, dashboards, traces, and review channel that make the claim inspectable.

9

production_deployment_gate

The gate that must pass before the pilot becomes operational policy.
